Hydration and Your Health

Water plays a vital role in almost every function of the body! The body is made up of approximately 80% water and is essential for proper digestion. It helps remove toxins, improve circulation and regulate your body’s cooling system.
Consuming your recommended water intake is essential for living a healthy life. We can go weeks without any food but we can only survive for 3 days without any water. The bottom line is: drink more water! It is the key to a healthier life!
